A process you can see

Every engagement, from a two-week sprint to a six-month platform build, moves through the same five phases. Each one ends with something concrete in your hands — and you always know what comes next.

  1. 01

    Discover

We listen before we propose: stakeholder conversations, an audit of what already exists, and research into your users, market and competitors. You leave this phase with a findings summary and a clearly framed problem.

    1–2 weeks
  2. 02

    Define

Research becomes direction. We set the positioning, scope and priorities, and agree on what success looks like. Typical deliverables: a creative brief, a project roadmap and measurable success criteria.

    1–2 weeks
  3. 03

    Design

We explore concepts, then refine the strongest through honest iteration — identity, interface and content designed as one system. Typical deliverables: design directions, interactive prototypes and a production-ready design system.

    2–6 weeks
  4. 04

    Build

We engineer the work to last: fast, accessible and maintainable, with regular reviews so nothing arrives as a surprise. Typical deliverables: the production build, cross-device QA and complete handover documentation.

    4–12 weeks
  5. 05

    Scale

Launch is a beginning, not an end. We measure real usage, tune performance and content, and plan the next iterations with you. Typical deliverables: analytics reviews, iteration cycles and a prioritised growth backlog.
